How Complete Is Your Condo's History?

Answer five quick questions to see how organized your property's important records are.

Question 1 of 5

RenovationsCould you find the approvals, invoices, and photos from your condo's past renovations?

Your Condo Deserves More Than Another Folder.

Cloud storage keeps files. Aina helps organize eligible records around the condominium unit and building they belong to.

  • Connected to Your Condo

Organize useful records by property, not just filename.

  • Built for Long-Term History

Preserve context as repairs, improvements, and other events occur.

  • Privacy and Control

You control who can access your documents through Aina's visibility settings. Private records stay visible only to you. Owner Confidential records are visible to the current authorized owner and authorized building management. They are not included in public reports and do not automatically transfer to future owners.

The Best Time to Preserve Your Condo's History Is Before You Need It.

Invoices get misplaced. Warranties expire. Contractor details are forgotten. Each repair or improvement adds another piece to your property's history, and those details can become harder to recover with time.

You don't need to recreate your entire past today. Start with one record you already have and build from there.

You Don't Have to Wait for Your AOAO.

You can begin organizing eligible unit-level records even when your association has not adopted Aina. Creating an account does not grant access to every building record.

Unit records are available after your access request is approved. Building-wide records and events appear only when an authorized contributor adds them and your permissions allow it.

Your unit history

You can start this yourself.

After your account is confirmed and your unit access is approved, you can add eligible records for your own unit.

Building history

Depends on authorized contributors.

Association records and building events are not included just because you create an owner account.

Start With One Record.

  1. Create your free account

Sign up and confirm your email.

  2. Connect your condo

Select your unit and request access. Aina reviews ownership requests before approving unit access.

  3. Start with one record

Once approved, add a repair invoice, warranty, or renovation photo to begin preserving your history.

What happens after signup?
  • Owner is preselected when you start from this page.
  • You confirm the email Aina sends before you can sign in.
  • You then request access to your condo unit.
  • You choose your island, building, and unit, or send the building and unit details if they are not listed.
  • Aina reviews that request before granting unit access, then emails you when it is approved.
  • You choose a visibility setting for each record after access is approved. Creating an account does not require property documents, and you cannot add unit records before approval.
